Arabelle (Gibson) Harris

Arabelle Gibson Harris, 87 of Lexington passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday, May 08, 2020. Arabelle was born March 21, 1933 to the late Clifford Gibson and Goldie Blankenship Gibson in Logan County, West Virginia. Arabelle worked many years in the Home Health field and always loved assisting her patients; she was also a self-employed business owner of the Du Drop Inn in Chicago. Arabelle got great joy from reading and gardening, it always brought a smile to her face. She was such a loving mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, she will be greatly missed. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by one daughter, Diana Kay Daniels; one sister, Beulah May Osborne; one brother, Arnold Lee Gibson; and one granddaughter, Angela Chandler.

Surviving are her two sons, Ronnie Daniels and wife Mary of Lexington; William Daniels, Jr. of Cyclone, W.Va., four daughters, Teresa Paynter of Cyclone, W.Va., Patricia Evans and husband Charles of Cyclone, W. Va., Donna Daniels of Brandywine, W. Va., and Carolyn Chandler and husband Clarence of Vermilion, OH; two brothers, Van Gibson and wife Priscilla of Alabama and Jimmy Gibson of Oklahoma; one sister, Barbara Osborne of Dodger County, W. Va.; she also leaves behind many beloved grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
