Bettie Marclene Beam Harper, 89 of Thomasville passed away Wednesday November 18, 2020 at Moses Cone Medical Center in Greensboro. Bettie was born July 26, 1931 to the late Ralph Beam and Hilda Everhart in Davidson County. She worked many years at Parkdale Mills. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Theodore Harper on March 28, 2020; one sister, Lois Carpenter; two brothers, Larry Beam and Bud Beam.

Surviving are one daughter, Betty Joanne Hall; two grandsons, Johnny Harper and girlfriend Selina and Larry Hall wife Karen; great-granddaughter, Grace Hall; one nephew, Brain Leifeste.
