Brandon Lee Vernon

Brandon Lee Vernon, 18, of Thomasville passed away Sunday, March 23, 2025. Brandon was born April 9, 2006 in Monongalia County, West Virginia. He was an early graduate of Ledford High School class of 2025, and was anticipating walking in June of 2025. He enjoyed being outside; exploring or fishing. He was very talented at drawing. Brandon loved spending time with his family; he will be greatly missed. 
Surviving are his parents, Kevin Ray Wilson and Della White Wilson of the home; his siblings, Briahnna Hoover, Brittney Wilson, Alexis Wilson, Kaitlyn Surratt and fiancé Seth Floyd, Preston Surratt and fiancé Kaitlyn Cline, Devin Surratt, and Brayden Wilson; his grandmothers, Brenda Brown, Reva Martin, and Vanessa McKee; aunts and uncles, Melvina Stuart and husband Jimmy, Tammy Wilson, and Michael Wilson and wife Patty. 
A funeral service will be held Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 2:00 PM at J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Thomasville with Rev. Steve Manley officiating. The family will greet friends prior to the service at the funeral home from 12:45 PM-1:45 PM. In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be sent to J.C.
