Brandon Dewayne Walker

Mr. Brandon Dewayne Walker, age 30, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 8, 2023.  He was born in Forsyth County on April 28, 1993.  Brandon will be remembered for his loving and kind spirit.  The kind of guy that would give the shirt off his back to help a friend or loved one.  Brandon loved fishing, especially at the beach, and loved just hanging with friends.

He is survived by his loving and caring mother, Barbara Whitaker of Lexington; daughter, Alisha Mecimore; son, Brantley Walker;  brother, Michael Walker of Lexington; aunts, Donna Whisenhunt (Sammy) of Lexington, Connie Jones of Midway; and Bonnie Keomanideth (Michael) of Winston-Salem; uncle, Jerry Walker (Pam) of Lexington; Brandee Weaver, mother of his son; and special friends, Sha and LaDonna.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, November 13, 2023 at J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home, Wallburg Chapel.  The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Monday at the funeral home, 10301 N.
