Brittany Nicole Smith

Brittany Smith passed away Sunday. March 22, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unwavering devotion to her family. She was a woman whose heart belonged first and foremost to her children, whom she loved more than life itself. They were her whole world, and she would have done absolutely anything for them. Every choice she made and every step she took reflected her deep commitment to their happiness and well-being.

Brittany also shared a special bond with her nieces, whom she loved dearly. She brought joy and warmth into their lives, always making time to be present, to listen, and to create lasting memories.

Known for her vibrant personality, Brittany had a gift for making others smile. She was a natural jokester who could brighten even the darkest days with her humor and quick wit. Her laughter was contagious, and her spirit was unforgettable.

In her free time, Brittany enjoyed expressing her creativity through crafts, finding joy in making things with her hands and sharing them with others. She also loved gaming, a hobby that brought her both relaxation and connection with those around her.

Brittany will be remembered for her kindness, her strength, and the immense love she gave so freely. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her children, Landon Hoyle Bowden, and Brayden Alan York; brother, Michael Alexander Smith and wife Felicia; grandparents, Gene and Linda Gilbert; nieces, Gracelyn and McKenzi Smith, Abigail and Hayley Strickland: and all who were fortunate enough to know her.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 2:00 until 4:00 PM on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home, 10301 N. NC Hwy 109, Winston-Salem.
