Carol Ann (Parry) Douglas

Carol Parry Douglas, age 86, passed away on Friday, December 19, 2025 while at Southfork Assisted Living in Winston-Salem.  She was born in Franklin, Pennsylvania on November 21, 1939 a daughter of the late George William and Verda Holloway Parry.  Carol was a faithful member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Winston-Salem and a loving Christian mother and grandmother.  She loved working with many crafts, especially crocheting. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Todd Edward Douglas on May 17, 2017; and a brother, Donald Parry and wife Gloria of Colorado.

Surviving are her children, Shawn E. Douglas (Joyce Fields) and Wendy S. Morgan (Joe) both of Winston-Salem; brother, Raymond Parry (Noreen) of Nebraska; sister, Marilynn White of Wyoming; four grandchildren, Bruce Miller, Adam Miller (Alison), Ashley Leisure (Chad), Joe Morgan, Jr.; nine great-grandchildren, Zander, Ava, L.B., Tyler, Hayes, Jenna Mae, Torrin, Piper, and Izzy.

No formal services will be held at this time.  A private inurnment will take place at Bethel Church in Pennsylvania at a later date.
