Obituary
Carolyn Elaine Aultman Hill, 54, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at the Henry Etta & Bruce Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington. She was born on June 9, 1968 in Guilford County, High Point, NC to Joe Don Aultman, Sr. and Shirley Ann Kennedy Trivette. She worked at Parkdale Cotton Mill for several years and loved the mountains and beach. She lived for her grandchildren, was very loving, would give you the shirt off her back, and was the peace keeper in her family.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Lora Gasque; step-father, Buster Trivette; step-brother, David Byerly; nephew, Zachary Phillips; and niece, Sara Ann Scarlett.
Surviving are her two daughters, Ashley Coffey and Jeff of Asheboro and Katie Hill of Randleman; grandchildren, Isaiah Coffey, Ashlyn Coffey, Zoey Medley, Weston Hill, and Nila Hill; her mother, Shirley Trivette of Thomasville; father, Joe Don Aultman, Sr. and wife Bettie of Thomasville; sisters, Donna Farlow and husband Randy of Sophia and Jo Ann Scarlett and husband Jeff of Lexington; brothers, Brian Aultman and wife Renee and Joe Don Aultman, Jr. and wife Melissa, all of Thomasville; and step-brother, Jeremy Byerly of Lexington.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 2:00 PM at the J.C. Green & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Thomasville with Rev. Billy Myers officiating. Interment will follow in Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
