Carolyn Rae (Tootie) Brewer Obituary
Miss Carolyn Rae (Tootie) Brewer, 62, passed away on Sunday, October 19, 2025 at the Piedmont Christian Home in High Point. She was born on February 24, 1963 in Davidson County, NC to Ernest Ray Brewer and Ruth Elizabeth Hunt Brewer. She loved bowling, racing, Coca-Cola, Jesse Jones Wienees and was her nephews’ biggest fan. She loved participating in the Silver Valley Civitan Special Needs Prom.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, David Ray Brewer; her sister-in-law, Roxann Calloway Brewer; and her half-sister, Catherine Williams.
Surviving are her nephews, Danny Ray Brewer and wife Kelly, Scottie Ray Brewer and wife Jessica, Earl Williams and Randy Williams; her great-nieces, Halee Brewer Byerly and husband Jacob and Abigail Brewer; and her great-nephews, Easton Brewer, Hunter Brewer, and Tucker Brewer.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Walters Grove Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Brian Workman officiating. No formal visitation will be held.
