Connie Lynn (Byrd) Beck

Connie Lynn Byrd Beck, 71, of Thomasville went home to be with the Lord, July 4, 2025 at her residence.

Connie was born September 18, 1953 to the late Carl Byrd and Minnie Nance Byrd in Davidson County. She worked for a local chiropractor and later became a homemaker to raise her son and provide a loving home. Connie cherished her family and loved the Lord with all her heart.

In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by two siblings, David Byrd and Kent Byrd.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 50 years, Tony Edward Beck of the home; a son, Robert “Bobby” Chad Beck of Greensboro; two sisters, Judy Cranford and husband Steve, Cathy Beck and husband Tim; a brother, Rick Byrd and wife Teresa; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Forest Hill Memorial Park with Rev. Steven Manley officiating. Mrs. Beck will lie in repose Tuesday, July 8, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM for the public to pay respects.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Hospice of Davidson County or the American Diabetes Association Online.
