Connor Mark Cresong

Connor Mark Cresong, age 18, of the Wallburg Community passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, December 5, 2025.  He was born on September 27, 2007 a son to Tina Reid Cresong and Mark Cresong.  Connor was a loving son with a big smile.  He had a fun loving, all boy personality.  He would often pretend to be asleep when his home school teacher was working with him, only to peek and give a big smile as they were leaving his room.  Connor enjoyed motion and loved car rides.  He would laugh when his brother would playfully move and bounce him around.  His favorite toys were sock monkeys and his past-time was to watch Paw Patrol and Bluey cartoons.  Along with his family he was a member of Parkview Church of God.

Connor is survived by his parents, Tina and Mark Cresong of the home; brother, Cameron Cresong (Brittany) and their son, Spencer of King; sisters, Holly Tolnay of Winston-Salem, and Katelyn Hensley of Jacksonville, NC; maternal grandparents, Paul and Maria Reid of Winston-Salem; paternal grandparents, Rev. Bill and Shirley Cresong of Gilbert, WV; three uncles, Tim Reid (Rebecca) of Winston-Salem, Rick Cresong (Sherry)  of Gilbert, WV and their son, Derrick Cresong of Charlotte, and Marvin Cresong (Brandi) of Conover, NC; aunt, Marsha Carter (Donnie) of Charleston, WV, and their daughter, Shantessa Atkins (Kenny Joe) of Chapmanville, WV along with cousin, Kenna Atkins.

Funeral services will be held at 11am on Friday, December 12, 2025 at Parkview Church of God,3263 Kernersville Road, Winston-Salem with Rev. Bobby Dishman and Pastor Eddie Brewer officiating.  Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, 3250 High Point Road, Winston-Salem.  The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6:00 until 8:00PM at J.C Green & Sons Funeral Home in Wallburg, 10301 N.
