Daniel “Danny” “Dano” “Moon” Gale Johnson, 65, of Randleman passed away Friday, June 13, 2025 at Atrium Health Lexington Medical Center. Danny was born October 16, 1959 in Forsyth County to the late James Herbert Johnson and Cassie Wilson Johnson. Danny worked many years as a talented builder. He loved the outdoors; especially camping and going to the beach. Along with his parents; he was preceded in death by one daughter, Nikie Johnson; two brothers, Gary Johnson and Greg Johnson; one nephew, Timo Gibbs.

Surviving is his daughter, Shandy Brinkle and husband DJ; brother, Phillip Johnson and wife Happy; two sisters, Brenda Gibbs and husband David and Sandra Kinley; two grandchildren, Randall Ferree and Kyleigh Beck; his nephew, Jason Johnson; two step-daughters, Candace Vanzant and Megan Vanzant. He also leaves behind his brothers from the club.
