David Henry Campbell

Mr. David Henry Campbell, 69, of Thomasville, passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2026 at Pine Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center.  He was born on July 28, 1956 in Guilford County, NC to Henry Campbell and Myrtle Christine “Boots” Scarboro Campbell.

He worked for Dell Computers and was formerly a desk clerk at the Howard Johnson Motel in High Point.  He loved attending Springfield Baptist Church and the Men’s Bible Class.  He was a fan of Fantasia Barrino’s music, Gospel music, the fellowship, his friends and family and going out to eat.  He loved his two dogs, Whoopi and Ginger. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Mike Tilley.    

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the J.C. Green & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Thomasville with Rev. Jeff Stone and Rev. Mike Stocks officiating.  Interment will follow in Floral Garden Memorial Park Cemetery.  A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home from 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM.  Online condolences may be sent to www.jcgreenandsons.com.
