Destiney Nicole Talley

Destiney Nicole Talley, was born on September 12, 2002 at 9:09 PM at High Point Regional Hospital in High Point. Destiney was just 17 years old, when she received her heavenly wings on Saturday at 12:03 PM the 20th day of June 2020. Destiney and one of her friends were traveling down Hwy 49 S in Asheboro, NC at the time of her death. Destiney lived with her mother down off Mendenhall Road in Archdale. Destiney was a young beautiful, unique, outspoken and loving person. Anyone that had the honor to know her was left with her impression on them. Destiney was like most any other young teenager her age, when it came to things she enjoyed, like her love of Poetry, she loved to write her own. The love for music from all genres. Her love for life was as vibrant as all the colors of the tie dye that she loved so much. But one thing for sure, she was always the center of attention and most of all was a beautiful soul.

So with great deal of sadness Destiney Nicole Talley departed from this earth and leaves behind her loving mother, Penny Driggers Lockley; her grandfathers, Bernie and Tony Driggers, step-grandfather, Joe Braddock; grandmother, Judy Loflin; sisters, Tesla Bondurant and her children and Bella Talley; aunts, Melissa Driggers, Brittany Driggers; uncles, Lee and Gene Driggers, Timmy Braddock; cousins, Victoria Driggers, Dillon Driggers, Kelly Brown, and Gabby Santos; Destiney was received in death by her late father, Jefferey Scott Talley; her grandmother, Donna Kay Braddock; her two uncles, Eugene Driggers and Joe Braddock.

A funeral service will be held Saturday June 27, 2020 at 3:00 PM at J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Thomasville with Rev. Bynum Orr officiating. The family will greet friends at J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home on Friday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM.
