Diana Kay Knight Clodfelter

Mrs. Diana Kay Knight Clodfelter, 75, of Winston-Salem, passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at her home.  She was born on December 24, 1950 in Forsyth County, NC to William Thearon Knight and Edith Marie Carroll Knight, both of whom preceded her in death.  She graduated from Parkland High School and was a member of Bethany United Church of Christ.  She retired from Integon Insurance Company in Winston-Salem.

On July 13, 1992, she married Michael (Mike) Reid Clodfelter, who survives of the home; also surviving is her daughter, Tracy Gilmore of Winston-Salem; her sons, James (Jimmy) Gilmore, Jr. of Mocksville and Matt Clodfelter and wife Alicia of Winston-Salem; her sister, Ruby Shouse of Kernersville; and her grandchildren, Jenna Tuttle, Madison Clodfelter, and McKenzie Clodfelter.

A private family graveside service will be held at Bethany United Church of Christ Cemetery with Rev. Ted Wilkerson officiating.  No formal visitation will be held.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Bethany UCC, 1066 Bethany Church Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27107.  Online condolences may be sent to www.jcgreenandsons.com.
