Dollie Arkansas Clyburn Hunt

Mrs. Dollie Arkansas Clyburn Hunt, 82, of Lexington, passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025 at her home.  She was born on December 16, 1942 in Tazewell, VA to Paul Allen Clyburn and Cleo Clyburn.  She worked for the majority of her life in the textile industry at Burlington Mills and Parkdale Mills and later retired from Lowes Millworks. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three grandsons, Cody Ray Harris, Trevor Reeder, and Travis Reeder; and numerous siblings.

Surviving are her daughters, Lynn Reeder (Mark) of Asheboro, NC, Renee Turner of Floyd, VA, Melissa Wilkerson of Richfield, NC, and Paula Harris (Robbie) of Thomasville, NC; her grandchildren, Trisha Kinley (Nathan), Spencer Turner (Brittany), Fayth Poff (Dustin), Avery Markham, and Breanna Harris (Dalton Byerly); and eleven great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
