Mrs. Donna Floyd Tester, 67, a resident of Thomasville passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at her home. She was born on June 29, 1957 in Davidson County to her parents, the late Ninevah Goad Floyd and Perry Jasper Floyd. Donna worked several years as a seamstress and also attended Pierces Chapel in Trinity. In her younger years, she enjoyed knitting and crocheting. Donna also enjoyed trips to the mountains and Easter weekend beach trips. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother to her family and she will be dearly missed. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two siblings, Carolyn Embry and Perry Floyd, Jr.

Surviving is her husband of 48 years, Donald L. Tester of the home; three children, Christopher L. Tester and wife Janet of Lexington, Crystal Tester Hash and husband Cletis of Lexington, and Candice Tester Crotts and husband Ricky of Thomasville; four grandchildren, Cletis Hash, II, Cadence Hash, Jacob Crotts, and Levi Crotts; two sisters, Linda Floyd Hancock and husband Raymond and Pam Floyd Reynolds and husband Tim; and several extended family members and friends.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the JC Green & Sons Chapel in Thomasville. The family will greet friends prior to the service from 1:00 to 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery in Thomasville.
