Erin Elizabeth Yokeley

Erin Elizabeth Yokeley was born in Thomasville on June 10th, 1982, to Chris Yokeley and Suzan Wilson Yokeley. She graduated from Thomasville High School in 2000. She earned her CNA I and CNA ll certifications at Forsyth Technical Community College and worked on the Orthopedic floor at Forsyth Medical Center until her declining health. She was a generous and helpful friend to others and cared deeply for her patients. She loved animals, was concerned about their welfare, and had several beloved pets through the years.

Erin is survived by her parents, her brother Jonathan, his wife Heather, her two nephews, Sam and Henry whom she adored; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and her beloved Pitbull Gemini.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the JC Green & Sons Chapel in Thomasville. The family will greet friends prior to the service from 12:30 to 1:45 PM at the funeral home. Donations may be sent to Ruff Love Foster Care & Dog Rescue; PO Box 2013, Thomasville, NC 27361.
