Mrs. Frances L. Eddinger, (Clodfelter) 84, passed away Friday, September 4, 2020 surrounded by family at her daughter's residence in Bermuda Run, NC. Mrs. Eddinger was born in Davidson County on March 22, 1936 to Raymond Alexander and Mable Kathleen Clodfelter. She and her beloved husband, Roger Dale Eddinger, Sr., who preceded her in death in 2016, were members and employees at Jimmy Swaggart Ministries in Baton Rouge, LA for 38 years. She was also preceded in death by their son Roger D. Eddinger, Jr., "Junior" in 1990, and a brother, Richard Jackson Clodfelter in 1995.
Mrs. Eddinger was a devoted christian, loving wife and Mother. She was a sole-caregiver to her husband for countless years. Her favorite things were cooking, gardening, reading the bible, attending church, singing, and playing the piano, but dearest to her heart was spending time with, and taking care of her family.
She is survived by a sister Ramona Jean Caudle of Lexington, NC, a daughter, Linda Floyd Ortiz-Villajos, Bermuda Run, NC, a son, Steven R. Floyd, Lexington, NC, a granddaughter, Natalie Marrisa Fowler, Lexington, NC, two grandsons, Jacob S. Swing, Lexington, NC; Roger Blaine Brennecke, Westminster, MA and one great-grandson, Jacob Dalton Swing, Lexington, NC.

A graveside service is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 8, 2020 at Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery, Thomasville, NC 27360. Mrs. Eddinger will lie in state at J. C. Green & Sons Funeral Home in Thomasville for friends to pay their respects.
