Gail Carlyle Obituary

Gail Watford Carlyle, 77, of Trinity passed away Sunday, April 14, 2024 at Mercy Hospital of Charlotte.

Gail was born August 7, 1946 to the late Weldon Watford and Mary Louise Craver Watford in Davidson County. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and will be missed by all who knew her.

In addition to her parents, Gail was preceded in death by her husband Jerry Carlyle on November 11, 2018; her daughter, Jerri Elane Evans.

Surviving are her daughters, Angela Henderson (Roy Hulin) of Thomasville, Jodie Bowman of Trinity; eight grandchildren, Jaime, Brianna, Summor, Casey, Luke, Hannah, Taylor and Adaline; great-grandchildren, Connor, Finley; three siblings, Terry Watford (Lynn), Amy Dennis (Randy), Besty Crouch (Kenny).

A private family service will be held at a later date.
