Janice Elaine (Greene) Noah

Janice Elaine Greene Noah, 77, of Thomasville, passed away early Sunday morning, March 29, 2026 at her residence. Janice was born June 25, 1948 in Davidson County to the late, Joe Dee Greene and Mary Jeanette Sellers Greene.  She attended Hughes Grove Baptist Church in Thomasville and worked many years in the plastic industry.  Janice enjoyed going to the lake on the weekends, swimming, skiing and fishing with her family.  She enjoyed her home life and taking care of her family. 

In addition to her parents, Janice is preceded in death by her two sisters, Judy Strickland and Joan Gore. 

Surviving is her husband of 64 years, Grant Noah of the home; her son, Brian Noah; two daughters, Cindy Noah and Wendy Finley (Bob); two brothers, Joel Greene and Jim Greene; two grandchildren, Steven Noah and Bobbie Heilig; two great grandchildren, Kaydee Heilig and Callie Noah; and her fur-baby Peanut. 

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at Hughes Grove Baptist Church 547 Hughes Grove Baptist Church, Thomasville, NC, with Pastor Michael Grant and David Hicks officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.   The family will greet friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday evening, March 31, 2026 at the funeral home.
