Mrs. Janice Marie Huffman Perry, 78, of Thomasville, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2026 at the Henry Etta & Bruce Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington. She was born on September 25, 1947 in Prince Edward County, VA to Marshall Jefferson Huffman and Evelyn Geneva Hudson Huffman. She worked the majority of her life in the furniture industry as a customer service representative at Ladd Furniture in High Point and later at Thomasville Furniture Industries. She loved butterflies, being outdoors, and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Ray Perry; and her son, Darien Michael Davis.
Surviving are her two daughters, Lisa Cranford (Benjy) of Lexington and Ashley Peace (Darrell) of Trinity; four grandchildren, Haley Logan (Isaac), Hannah Cranford (Zachary), Zachary Terwilliger (Paige), and Alexis Terwilliger (Hunter); four great-grandchildren, Cole, Mia, and Vivian Logan and Archer James Terwilliger; her two brothers, Earl Huffman (Jan) and Kenneth Huffman; and her fur-baby, Jax.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
