Jeffrey "Jeff" Don Alford

Mr. Jeffrey Don “Jeff” Alford, age 58 a resident of Pontiac Dr. passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021. Jeff was born on April 17, 1963 to Harley Elroy Alford and Montlieu “Lu” Elberson Jackson in Davidson County NC. Jeff worked in the shipping department at Motor Sports and was of the Baptist faith. He loved NASCAR, carp fishing, mowing the yard, and washing his car. Jeff also loved spending time with his grandkids. He is preceded in death by his father, Harley Elroy Alford; sister, Kathy Lynn Alford; and brother, Randall Wayne Alford.

Surviving is his mother, Montlieu ”Lu” Elberson Jackson of the home; daughter, Courtney Alford of the home and fiancé, Dustin Sowers; brother Michael Yates of Thomasville; “adopted” sister, Terry Payne and husband Robert of Thomasville, three grandkids, Natalie Morgan Alford, Jake Thomas Sowers, and Addison Kay Sowers; and his beloved dog, Bella.

A visitation will be held Monday, June 21, 2021 at 3:00 PM at J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home, 122 W. Main St. Thomasville, NC. 27360 with a service to follow at 4:00 PM in the chapel with Reverend Mitchell Hayworth officiating. Online condolences can be made at www.jcgreenandsons.com.
