Jeremy Scott Lathan

Jeremy Scott Lathan, 36, of Trinity, NC. passed away Tuesday, July 20, 2021. He was born in Davidson County on May 6, 1985 to Ronnie Duncan Lathan and Linda Bingham Lathan. Jeremy worked at ECSS in Lexington and installed alarms. He loved hunting and fishing with his father and his son, rock climbing in the mountains, and doing anything outdoors. He loved hiking and stargazing with his dogs and his wife, and enjoyed reading.; Jeremy also loved to watch Supernatural and play video games with his son, Dalton. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Edward Bingham; paternal grandfather, Ernest Lathan; his special uncle, Teddy Bingham; and his aunt, Mary Lathan.

Surviving are his parents, Ronnie and Linda Lathan of Thomasville; his wife, Tonya Kuvshinikov of the home; son, Dalton Lathan of Thomasville; his sis, Amber Lathan of Thomasville; loving maternal grandmother, Thelma Bingham of Thomasville; two nephews, Cayden Lathan and Aydrian Dale of Thomasville; and two fur babies, Zoey and Baxter.

A service will be held Sunday, July 25, 2021 at 4:00 PM at J. C. Green and Sons Chapel, 122 W. Main St. Thomasville, NC. 27360, with Rev Hillis Burton and Rev. Tim Burton officiating. A visitation will be held beginning at 3:00 PM, prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the care of Linda Lathan for Dalton Lathan’s college fund, 336 Black Farm Rd.
