Obituary

Joe David Pittman, Jr., 37, of Thomasville passed away unexpectedly on January 22, 2023 in Florence, SC.

 

David was born December 23, 1985 to the late Joe David Pittmon, Sr. and Barbara Ann Inman Pittmon in High Point. He was very skilled in working with his hands as a mechanic.

 

He was preceded in death by his sister, Latoya Carmichael; maternal grandfather, J.W. Inman; paternal grandparents, David Pittmon, Eloise Paige.

 

In addition to his loving parents, David is survived by four siblings, Shavnne Inman, Regina Inman both of Thomasville, Tkorey Pittman and partner Leslie Laster of Atlanta, GA, and Mark Weddle; maternal grandmother, Edith Inman of Dillon, SC; eight beloved nieces and nephews, Keane Inman, Lakwaish Inman, Kerriyiah Carmichael, Keana Baxter, Kevonta Baxter, Shavon Carmichael, Jahiyahn Inamn, T’Kiiaa Pittman; two brothers-in-law, Isaac Neal, Reginald Mashore;  many aunts, uncles and cousins; special friend, Lil D.

A gathering of friends and family will be held on Sunday, January 29, 2023 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at the J.C. Green & Sons Funeral Home in Thomasville.
