Johnny Garrett Webb

Mr. Johnny Garrett Webb, 82, of Thomasville, passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at Novant Health Thomasville Medical Center.  He was born on June 27, 1943 in Davidson County, Thomasville, NC to Bernie Garrett Webb and Agnes Lee Smith Webb.  He retired from Thomasville Furniture Industries in 2005 after 35 years of service and was a member of Park Place Baptist Church in Thomasville.  He sang in a church quartet in his younger years and was a United States National Guardsman.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Linda Webb Stone.

On February 14, 1965, he married Clarice Pulliam, who survives of the home; also surviving is his daughter, Kelly Benson and husband Tony of Archdale; son, David Webb of Thomasville; grandchildren, Aron Webb, Dylan Webb, Noah Benson, Chase Benson, Cheyenne Johnson and husband Tyler, and Dakota Benson; and great-granddaughter, Lillie Johnson.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the J.C. Green & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Thomasville with Pastor Jack Hurley, Jr. officiating.  Interment will follow in Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home for a visitation on Friday prior to the service from 12:00 PM – 1:45 PM.  Online condolences may be sent to www.jcgreenandsons.com.
