Joseph Christopher “Chris” Plummer, 53, of Silver Valley passed away on Friday, November 13, 2020 at his home.

Chris was born on May 30, 1967 to David P. and Sherry Watts Plummer in Guilford County. He worked at Thermo Pride in Denton for several years as a welder. He will be remembered for his love of dogs, drag racing, muscle cars, and most of all the love he had for his family. Chris will be missed by all who knew him.

Chris was preceded in death by his father. Surviving are his loving mother, Sherry Plummer of Thomasville; fiancé, Brenda Atchison of the home; a sister, Jenny L. Plummer of Thomasville; three stepsons, Jefferey, Jacob, Sean; several grandchildren.
