Judy Carol (Owens) Davis

Mrs. Judy Carol Owens Davis, 61, a resident of Thomasville, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2020 at Thomasville Medical Center. She was born in Thomasville on March 18, 1958 to David Ralph Owen, Sr. and Peggy Lou Tucker. She was a Christian lady who loved helping people and always welcomed anyone with open arms. She was a loving grandmother and enjoyed singing and going on walks and rides. She is preceded in death by two brothers, David Ralph Owen, Jr. and Donnie Pendleton; and her momma, Maxine Owen.

She is survived by her three daughters, Heather Coleman and husband Chris of Thomasville, Teresa Hicks of High Point, and Dawn Cason of Thomasville; three sons, Nathan Lewis of Thomasville, Kelley “Little Man” Davis, Jr. of Thomasville, and Arnold “Junior” Harris of Thomasville; one brother, Jerry Pendleton of Gastonia; three sisters, Angela Jester of Linwood, Janet Lohr of Thomasville, and Karen Jones of Trinity; grandchildren, Zaion “Sqeeter Rabit” Kearns, Ashley Davis, Caira Dean, Noah Lewis, Solace Lewis, Johnny Hopper, Katherine Hopper, Brandon Hopper, Doug Hopper, Hannah Hopper, Keisha Hicks, Lamar Cason, Meaghan Staggs, Lacie Tiara, Savionna Trotter, Christina Coleman, and Tara Coleman; several great-grandchildren; and best friend, Tammy Todd.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at Citadel of Faith Christian Fellowship church in Thomasville at 1:00 PM. The family will have a visitation Wednesday night from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the JC Green & Sons Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service at Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery.
