Judy Kay (Embler) Hunt

Mrs. Judy Kay Embler Hunt, 73, a resident of Cunningham Road, died on Sunday, May 17, 2020 at Grayson Creek Assisted Living.  She was born on April 24, 1947 in Davidson County, NC to Paul Henderson Embler and Nova Lee Grubb Embler.  She was a graduate of Central Davidson High School and as a child attended Mt. Zion Wesleyan Church and in her later years attended Victory Chapel.  She worked for Brasscraft and loved to make pineapple and chocolate cakes, take trips with Jesse Hill Tours and vacation to Ocean Dunes at Myrtle Beach.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Wayne Hunt of the home, they were married October 14, 1979.

A graveside entombment service will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the Holly Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Robert Black and Rev. Tim Burton officiating.  Mrs. Hunt will lie in state at the J.C. Green & Sons Funeral Home in Thomasville prior to the service on Saturday.
