Junette Ferguson Puett Obituary

Mrs. Junette Ferguson Puett, 71, a resident of Thomasville, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025 at her home. She was born on January 14, 1954 in Davidson County to her parents, the late Dorothy “Dot” Mae Brinkley Ferguson and Garland “Bill” Thomas Ferguson. Junette worked most of her life in the furniture industry starting her career at Thomasville Furniture and Lea Industries and then finishing up her career at Shelba Johnson Trucking and Marsh Furniture. She was a member of Greenwood Baptist Church in Thomasville. In her spare time, she enjoyed working with flowers and gardening. One of her greatest joys in life was the friendships she shared. A simple phone call from a friend would bring happiness to the rest of her day.

Surviving is her husband, James Puett of the home; two brothers, Michael Ferguson and wife Cindy of Chattanooga and Roger Ferguson and wife Brenda of Thomasville; numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous  close friends and extended family members.

A committal service will be held on Saturday, October 25th, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Guil-Rand Memorial Park Cemetery in High Point. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.jcgreenandsons.com
