Kenneth Studebaker, Sr. Obituary

Kenneth David Studebaker, Sr. , 65, passed away on Sunday, October 11, 2020 at his residence. He was born to the late James Dale Studebaker and Rosetta Mayhle Studebaker on September 20, 1955. Mr. Studebaker was a member of Unity Wesleyan Church and operated Studebaker Heating and Air Conditioning for more than twenty five years. Ken enjoyed playing and singing music and was a blessing to all he came in contact with young and old. He thoroughly enjoyed traveling to many places with his children, and grandchildren. In addition to his parents Mr. Studebaker is preceded in death by one brother, Keith Studebaker, one nephew, Tim Studebaker and brother-in-law, Donald Haneline. Mr. Studebaker was married on April 2, 1977 to Sue Brink Studebaker who survives of the home.

Also surviving are two sons, Kenneth David Studebaker, Jr. of Fayetteville and Adam Michael Studebaker of Lexington; two daughters, Heather Renee Ross and husband David of Raleigh and Amanda Faith Studebaker of Thomasville; two sisters, Kathy Ann Budensiek and husband Peter of Indianapolis, IN and Karen Sue Haneline of Harrisburg, NC; one brother, Kevin Paul Studebaker and wife Martha of Lexington; ten grandchildren, Natalie Studebaker, Christen Carmack, Selena Studebaker, Ian Worley-Studebaker, Isabella Martinez-Studebaker, Addison Studebaker, Gabriel Paredes, Annabelle Studebaker, Jacob Studebaker, and Ava Studebaker.

A funeral service will be held Thursday, October 15 at 4:00 PM at J.C. Green & Sons Chapel in Thomasville. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service beginning at 3:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made out to Open Doors USA, P.O. Box 27001 Santa Ana, CA 92799.
