Kimberly “Kim” Suzanne Hayworth, 56, of Trinity, passed away on Monday, January 5, 2026, at Atrium Health High Point Medical Center. She was born on April 15, 1969, in High Point, NC. She was employed as a dental hygienist for the majority of her working life and was a member of Southgate Baptist Church in Thomasville. Kim was a devoted daughter, sister, and aunt. She loved movies and vacations to the beach. Kim was unwavering in her love and care for her family and always made those around her laugh.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Mary Catherine “Cat” Hayworth and Walter Hayworth; her maternal grandparents, Grover Harris Beck, Sr. and Mary Ruth Beck; and her step-father, Donald Ray Hamm.
Surviving are her father, Larry Steven “Steve” Hayworth of High Point; her mother, Diane “Dee” Beck Hamm of Trinity; her sister, Stephanie Atkins, and her husband, Roger, of Hillsborough; her nephew and nieces, Connor, Alexa, and Addison Atkins of Hillsborough; and Christie Gales, of Ocean Isle Beach, a cherished and loyal friend since childhood.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 13. 2026 at 3:00 PM at Southgate Baptist Church with Rev. Russel Fox officiating.
