Lillian Louise (Lou) Kinley Elberson Obituary
Mrs. Lillian Louise (Lou) Kinley Elberson, 65, a resident of Elberson Way, passed away on Monday, May 31, 2021 at her home. She was born on August 10, 1955 in Guilford County, High Point, NC to Wade Dennis (Junie) Kinley and Dorothy Glascoe Kinley. She was a home engineer and loved the beach, fishing, and camping. She loved her grandchildren. They were her pride and joy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 brother.
On November 6, 1973, she married Randy Wayne Elberson, who survives of the home; also surviving are her son, Scotty Elberson and wife Kristen of Denton; daughter, Jennifer Peninger and husband Chad of Lexington; cherished grandmother of, Lorelei Elberson, Laken Elberson, and Temperance Bowers; 1 sister; and 3 brothers.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 4, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the J.C. Green & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Thomasville with Rev. Jamie Draughn officiating. Interment will follow in Hughes Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home on Thursday, June 3, 2021 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM.
