Mary Frances Jerman Cartrette, 71, passed away on January 19, 2023 at Lexington Health Care Center. She was born September 5, 1951, in Davidson County, a daughter to the late James Coit Jerman and Ethel Short Jerman. Mary loved to travel to the mountains. Mary worked at Kmart, Kerr Drug and Walgreens. She loved to cook and was a wonderful mother to her boys. Mary also loved her pets and will be missed by all who knew her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Diane Robbins.
Surviving are her two sons, Jason Stone and wife Charity of Thomasville, Kelly Pennell of High Point; three granddaughters, Jayda Stone, Savannah Stone, Tori Stone, all of Thomasville.
A Gathering of Friends will be held on Sunday evening, January 22, 2023 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at the J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home in Thomasville. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.jcgreenandsons.com.
