Miguel Angel Argueta

Miguel Argueta, age 58, passed away on May 1st 2026. Born on September 29, 1967, Miguel made his home in Thomasville, North Carolina, where he built a life centered on family, friendship, and the outdoors.

Miguel was the beloved son of Olivia Argueta and Santiago Argueta. He is survived by his devoted wife, Rosa Argueta, and his cherished daughter, Ashley Argueta. He also leaves behind his loving siblings: brother Will Argueta, and sisters Bety Zelaya and Francis Argueta, along with many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss him. He will be jointing his brother, Eldin Argueta.

For over 11 years, Miguel worked at Battery Masters, where he dedicated himself to maintaining batteries and took pride in his work. Outside of his career, Miguel was known for his vibrant personality and his love for life.

He had a true passion for fishing—it wasn't just a hobby, but a way of life. Whether by the water, camping under the stars, or exploring the outdoors, Miguel found joy in nature. He loved gardening, playing soccer, cooking for those he cared about, and was an enthusiastic animal lover.

Miguel was often the life of the party, always ready to host gatherings filled with laughter, good food, and great company.

Miguel also had a love for travel, especially when it meant planning trips with his family-so long as fishing was part of the adventure.

His warmth, humor, and generous Spit will be remembered by all who knew him.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, May 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM at J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Thomasville. Interment will follow at Guil-Rand Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will greet friends Friday evening from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home in Thomasville.

Miguel's memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends forever.

Miguel Argueta, de 58 años, falleció el 1 de mayo de 2026. Nacido el 29 de septiembre de 1967, Miguel estableció su hogar en Thomasville, Carolina del Norte, donde construyó una vida centrada en la familia, la amistad y el aire libre.

Su calidez, sentido del humor y espíritu generoso serán recordados por todos los que lo conocieron.

Se llevará a cabo un servicio fúnebre el sábado 9 de mayo de 2026 a las 10:00 a.m. en la capilla de J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home en Thomasville. El entierro se realizará a continuación en el cementerio Guil-Rand Memorial Park. La familia recibirá a amigos el viernes por la noche, de 5:00 p.m. a 9:00 p.m., en J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home.
