Norma Mounts Obituary

Norma Lee Wamsley Mounts, 70, a resident of Lexington passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at her residence. She was born on April 20, 1951 to the late Lois Eddleman in Chicago, Illinois. Norma worked most of her life in customer services in the furniture industry. She was of the Baptist faith. Her family wanted people to know she loved her dog Lacy, she enjoyed being with friends and going out to eat.

In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her husband John Edward Mounts. Surviving is her two sons, Billy Ray Lockhart Jr. and girlfriend Teresa Brandon of the home; Christopher Lee Lockhart Sr. and wife Faye of Lexington, NC; two grandchildren Christopher Lockhart, Jr. and Patrick Austin Lockhart.

A memorial graveside service will be held at Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 22, 2022 with Rev Clyde Akers officiating. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.jcgreenandsons.com.
