Patsy Garren Obituary

Patsy Ann Garren, 67, of Denton passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Randolph Hospice Home. Patsy was born July 30, 1954 in Randolph County to the late William Thomas Garren and Pearlie Hill Garren. Patsy was a homemaker for the majority of her life. Her greatest joy in life was caring for her family and cooking for them. In her spare time, she enjoyed crocheting, reading and visits to the mountains. She will be greatly missed. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her two brothers, Larry Garren and Wayne Garren; her grandparents, Augusta Eddinger Hill and Ed Hill.

Surviving is her one daughter, Amanda Shirley and husband Jason of the home; one aunt, Mary Hughes; cousin, Judy Embler; niece, Cindy Anderson; she also leaves behind many beloved grand dogs.
