Paul Davis Robbins, 83, of Denton passed away Friday, October 31, 2025 at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist High Point Medical Center. Paul was born January 1, 1942 in Davidson County to the late Robert “Bill” Lee Robbins and Bessie Eddinger Robbins. Paul was a member at Bright Light Freewill Baptist Church in Thomasville, which he loved dearly. He worked many years at Thomasville Furniture Industries until retirement. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his beloved family. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Emily Sue Barnes Robbins on May 12, 2023; two sons, Ricky Davis Robbins and Danny Thomas Robbins; three brothers, Jerry Robbins, Donald Lee Robbins and Bobby Joe Robbins; three grandchildren, Ricky Jason Robbins, Cassey Dawn Robbins, Brittany Nicole Robbins.
Surviving are his three daughters, Tammy Sue Small of Denton, Deborah Robbins of Denton, Wanda Doty and husband Allen of Walkertown, eleven grandchildren, Christy Nally and husband James, Samantha Ash and Robert, Don Kinley, Amy Michael and husband Chad, Candace Robbins, Carson Robbins and wife Ryan, Tiffany Contreras and husband Frank, David Allen Doty, Ricky Lee Doty, Jessica Robins and husband Will, Leora King; great-grandchildren, Jonathan Tucker, Ryan Tucker, Dakota Ash, Amber Ash, Hannah Harrison, and Don Odell Kinley, III, Lailey Robbins and Dylan Contreras; great-great-grandchildren, Nataleigh Tucker, Jaxon Tucker, Madelyn Byrd, Madisyn Nilsen, George Nilsen, Allisyn Decamp, Rayne Doty, Lawson Ash, Lilly King and Charlee Tucker.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday November 4, 2025 at 2:00 PM at J.C. Green and Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Thomasville with Rev. Henry King officiating. Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will greet friends prior to the service from 12:30PM until 1:45 PM at the funeral home.
