Peggy Ellen (Bolin) Moore

Mrs. Peggy Ellen Bolin Moore, 89, passed away Wednesday, October 21, 2020, peacefully at her home.  She was born April 10, 1931 in Forsyth County, NC to Minnie and Claude Bolin.  She was loving, kindhearted, and a very generous lady.  Those that were fortunate enough to have known her were truly blessed.  We will all miss her greatly.   In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her husband Simon (Pal) Moore, her daughter Martha Ann Moore, a great granddaughter Hannah Anne Lockhart, and three siblings, Wesley Bolin, CW Bolin, and Linda Ludsford.

Surviving are four sons, Robert Myers (Gayle), Richard Myers, Daniel Myers, and Steven Moore.  She is also survived by six daughters, Dee Helton (Willie), Judy Miller (Russell), Sandee Guyer (Tommy), Tammy Gable (Steve), Susan Fox (Joey), and Mary Kite (John).  Peggy also leaves behind 16 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held Sunday October 25, 2020 at 3:00 pm at JC Green and Sons Funeral Home, 10301 North NC Hwy. 109, Winston Salem, NC 27107 with Rev. Roy Cantrell officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:30 to 3:00 at the funeral home.  Burial will be held at Saints Delights Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, 4655 Saints Delight Church Rd, Kernersville, NC 27284.  Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.jcgreenandsons.com.
