Ricky “Rick” Allen Mullins, Sr., 61, of Trinity passed away on Sunday, January 2, 2022 at High Point Medical Center.
Rick was born January 31, 1960 to the late Hobert and Myrtle Mullins in McDowell County, WV. He worked for many years in the furniture industry at Nelson Frames in Sophia. Rick was a loving man and will be missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his parents, Rick was preceded in death by three siblings Eunice Roberts, Juanita Horne, Douglas Mullins.
Surviving is his wife of over 37 years, Rosalie Volanti Mullins of the home; three beloved children, Timothy Mullins, Zabrina Mullins, Ricky Allen Mullins, Jr. and fiancé Angela Saferight; four wonderful grandchildren, Shannon, Brooklyn, Arianna, Bella; great-grandchild “on the way”; several siblings, Freddy Mullins, Lucille Vanover, Nancy Lambert and husband Anthony, Lois Pruitt, Ralph Mullins, Imogene Estermera and husband Michael, Mitchell Mullins and wife Marilyn.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at 4 PM at the J.C. Green and Sons Chapel in Thomasville with Bro. Elton Wilborne officiating.
