Robert Wade Caudle, Sr.

Mr. Robert Wade Caudle, Sr. (Popeye) was born on March 6, 1943, and was preceded in death by his father, Henry Wade Caudle, his mother, Mary Lucille Caudle, sister, Phyllis, and daughter-in-law, Marissa Riveral Caudle.  Robert passed away on March 5, 2025 at the Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington.  He is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Darlene Caudle, and his sons, Robbie Caudle (Courtney) and Matthew Caudle (Angela).  Also surviving is Karen Caudle, mother of the two oldest cherished grandchildren: Corbin Caudle (Hannah), Mattie Caudle (Chris), followed by Braden Caudle, and Sophia Caudle.  His legacy continues through his great-grandchildren, Izabella and Ezekiel, all of Lexington, NC.  Robert retired from NC Baptist Hospital after over 30 years of dedicated service.  He was also a devoted member of Coggins Memorial Baptist Church in Lexington, NC.  He loved his wife, family, and friends dearly.  Memorial services will be held at Coggins Memorial Baptist on Saturday, March 8, 2025, family and friends are invited for visitation at 3:00 PM, followed by the memorial service at 4:00 PM with Rev.
