Mr. Ronnie Lee Tilley, 75, of Thomasville, passed away Thursday, May 28, 2026, at his home. Ronnie was born June 20, 1950, in Surry County to the late Lester Tilley and Alene Anderson Tilley. He attended Silver Valley Church of God. Ronnie worked for many years in the hosiery industry, and after retirement, he began working at Wal-Mart. He was an avid fisherman and recently enjoyed creating latch hook projects. Ronnie was a loving and faithful husband, father, grandpa, brother, and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Jimmy Tilley; one sister, Angel Morton; two nephews, Shane Goins and Roby Goins; and one niece, Kristen Goins.

Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 25 years, Debbie Tilley of the home; one son, Brian Tilley; three daughters, Cheyanna Tilley, Angie Southerland, and Christie Rabon; three stepdaughters, Tracy Taylor, Crystal Hamrick, and Calisha Taylor; three brothers, Rex Tilley, Mark Tilley, and Steve Tilley (Mary Jane); two sisters, Pam Goins (Wayne) and Shirley Anderson; five grandchildren, Sydney, Kristen, Jeremiah, Addison, and Priscilla; and two great-grandchildren, Kimsey and Bellamy. 

 A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM on Friday, June 12, 2026 at J.C. Green and Sons Chapel in Thomasville, with Rev. Ron Fowler officiating.
