Roy Eugene Marion

Roy Eugene Marion, 71, of Thomasville passed away Saturday, April 5, 2025 at his home. Roy was born March 30, 1954 in Guilford County to the late Rev. Ralph Eugene Marion and Katie May Money Marion. He worked many years in the furniture industry as a saw operator. He was an avid Elvis fan, and was always singing an Elvis song. Roy enjoyed life, whether it be fishing, going out for a walk, or watching wrestling. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his family.  Along with his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Billy Eugene Marion. 
Surviving is his wife, Diane Faye Ward Marion of the home; his two daughters, Loretta Lynn Marion Nobles and husband Tony and Lisa Marie Marion; his sister, Patsy Brown; granddaughter, Marie Marion; niece, Jennifer Stacy and husband Kevin; nephew, Marty Walker; and his fur baby, Shadow.
