Sue (Earls) Alcon

Sue Earls Alcon, age 81, went home to her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 while at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center.  She was born on August 26, 1944 in West Virginia to the late Thomas and Janice Pruitt Earls.  Sue was a dedicated member of Trulite Baptist Church where she enjoyed decorating for the Holidays and cooking for the Homecomings.  She was a devoted wife to her husband of 42 years, Billy Gene Alcon, Sr.  Sue loved her family and her church and never missed an opportunity to feed friends a dessert.    She enjoyed making Christmas candy, watching professional golf, and once played the game of golf in earlier days.   Will be remembered for never meeting a stranger.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Clark.

Surviving to forever cherish her memory is her husband Billy of the home; son, Sydney Clark; step-son, Billy Alcon, Jr. and wife Terri; grandson, Alexander Jared Clark; and step-granddaughter, Sierra Alcon.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, April 12, 2026 at Trulite Baptist Church with Pastor Erick Goff officiating.  Interment will follow the service at Abbotts Creek Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends on Sunday prior to the service beginning at 1:00 PM, 4001 Trulite Church Road, High Point, NC.
