Susan (Kindley) Boswell

Susan Kindley Boswell, 47, passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center.

Susan was born March 1, 1974 to Johnny Lee Kindley and Sandra Burcham Kindley in Davidson County. She was a graduate of East Davidson High School class of 1992. Susan spent the majority of her life caring for children in her home, and the last four years caring for her elderly, maternal grandmother, Peggy M. Burcham. She had a love of children that made her life complete. Susan also enjoyed caring for animals she often rescued. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, John Samuel Kindley and Marie Varner Kindley; maternal grandfather, Eugene E. Burcham; a brother, David Joseph Kindley.

In addition to her parents and maternal grandmother, surviving is her husband of 29 years, Michael “Mike” Boswell, Jr. of the home; a daughter, Peyton Fitzsimmons and husband Kevin of Concord; her first beloved three-month-old grandchild, Rowen Grace Fitzsimmons; a brother, A.J. Kindley and wife Maleigha of Charlotte; special niece, Abigal Jean Kindley; mother-in-law, Shirley McLean of Thomasville; father-in-law, Michael Boswell, Sr. of Thomasville; uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
