Life journey began for Te’Taurus D’Angelo Dunlap on August 30, 1991 to Mrs. Vickie Baxter and Alvin Dwayne Caldwell in Thomasville, NC. 

Te’Taurus departed this life on May 10, 2026 at Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC.  Te’Taurus was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Dwayne Caldwell.  Te, as he was well known as, attended Thomasville City School.  Te enjoyed watching basketball and football with his favorite team being “Duke”.  Te was a helping hand and a solid friend to all.  He enjoyed waking up early every morning to spend the start of his day with his grandmother, Ara Turner, whom he loved dearly, to make sure she was good for the day.

Te’Taurus leaves to cherish his life and memories to his mother, Vickie Baxter of the home and step-father, Guffy Baxter.  Two sisters, Vantavia Dunlap and Erica Jackson (Rikkel) of Thomasville, NC. Two brothers, Recardo Hudson and Alvin Hudson of Thomasville, NC.  Two step-brothers, Tiwon Baxter (Sheneda) and Laviery Baxter (Derrianah) of Thomasville, NC.  Two nieces, Treasure Allen and A’zari Hargrave of Thomasville, NC.  Two nephews, Kamari Hudson and Qa”Darion Hudson of Lexington, NC. Two grandparents, Ara Turner and Barbara Caldwell and the late Erwin Caldwell of Thomasville, NC. Seven aunts and four uncles and a host of family and friends and The West Side Hommies!

A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 1:00 PM at the J.C. Green & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Thomasville with Pastor Odessa W. McCoy officiating.  The wake will begin at 12:30 PM at the Funeral Home Chapel.
