Terry Bruce Hedrick
September 23, 1958 ~ November 26, 2023 (age 65) 65 Years Old
Mr. Terry B. Hedrick, 65, of Thomasville, passed away peacefully, Sunday, November 26, 2023, at Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington.
Terry was born on September 23, 1958 to Billy Hedrick and Eunice Wilson Hedrick, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his brother, Greg Hedrick and several cousins.
He was a graduate of East Davidson High School and attended DDCC. During his childhood and early adult years, Terry enjoyed music, golf and hunting. Terry was a member of Emanuel Reformed Church and enjoyed attending until his health declined. In recent years, he especially enjoyed visits with his parents and brother.
The family would like to thank the staff of Hinkle Hospice House for their many acts of care and kindness shown to him during the past three weeks, prior to his passing.
Terry is now once again joined in Heaven with his loving parents, other family members and friends, where there is no more pain or sorrow. “To be absent from the body, is to be present with the Lord.” 2 Corinthians 5:8, Revelation 21:4.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 1, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Emanuel Reformed Church, 1170 Emanuel Reformed Church Road, Thomasville, NC, with Pastor Ricky Payne officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will greet friends after the burial in the cemetery. This will be a joint service with his father, Billy Hedrick, whose service was previously delayed due to Covid. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Emanuel Reformed Church or Hospice of Davidson County, 200 Hospice Way, Lexington, NC 27292. Online condolences may be left at www.jcgreenandsons.com.
