Victoria (Vicki) Lynn Winters Zachary

Mrs. Victoria “Vicki” Lynn Winters Zachary, 66, a resident of Thomasville, passed away on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at her home. She was born on August 23, 1955 in Thomasville to the late, Raymond Winters and Faye Clodfelter Winters. Vicki was a 1973 graduate of Thomasville High School, graduate of Ashmore Business College, Davidson County Community College, and a 1998 graduate of High Point University. She worked for 50 years with Novant Health and in her spare time she enjoyed to read. She was also a member of Rich Fork Baptist Church in Thomasville.

On June 18, 1983 she married Ricky M. Zachary, who survives of the home. Also surviving are her two sons, Ricky M. Zachary II, and Marcus Zachary, both of Thomasville; one daughter, Michelle Williams and husband Mike of Burlington; three grandchildren, Zachary Lance, Dallas Zachary, and Bayleigh Zachary; one brother, Tech Sergeant Bruce Winters, USAF (Retired) and wife Delia of Thomasville; one sister, Patricia Scott and husband George of Thomasville; very special friend of 30+ years, Sandra Everhart Gobble; mother-in-law, Gerry Zachary of High Point; brothers-in-law, Barry Zachary and wife Janice and Gary Zachary and wife Jeritta; sister-in-law, Marla Zachary Mullis and husband Gary; and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 1, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the JC Green & Sons Chapel in Thomasville with Pastor Steve Jarvis officiating. The family will greet friends Sunday night July 31, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow the service at Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery in Thomasville.
